Flat UPS Ground Shipping Rate $12.95.

Price varies slightly depending on your shipping address. All orders are shipped from New York. East coast shipping prices are on the lower end and West coast on the higher end.

Who will deliver my order?
Nymsuits.com uses UPS service and USPS Global Express Mail. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

How do I track my order?
The status of your order can be checked on Yahoo through the link on your confirmation order. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can also go to the WWW.UPS.COM and enter tracking number. For international orders go to www.USPS.com and enter tracking number.

When will my order leave the warehouse?
Most items are guaranteed to leave the warehouse within 1-3 business days. Through email you will receive notification that your order has been shipped. If there is a delay you will be contacted immediately.

Do you refund shipping charges?
Shipping charges are refunded only

* An item was shipped from our warehouse broken or defective
* We ship an incorrect item
* Product was damaged during shipping

If we reship an item in these cases, there will be no second shipping charge.

Do you offer premium delivery service?
Yes. We offer premium next day and 2nd day air service for select items for an additional charge. You may select premium delivery service options at checkout and at that time additional shipping charges are automatically added.

Sales Tax
State law requires that internet retailers collect sales tax in states in which they are resident. Nymsuits.com is a resident in New York, so we are required to charge applicable taxes for purchases shipped in New York State.

Returns:

Customers have 7 days from receiving any item to call in a return. The item(s) can not be worn or custom altered prior to returning. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) from NYMSuits.com management.

Once a RGA Authorization is sent/given to customer, they have 7 days from receiving to returned. This strict time-period is to ensure NYMSuits.com can return merchandise to appropriate manufacturer in a reasonable time-frame.

It is important that you repackage any return very carefully in the original packing. If the return is not due to manufacturer defects, a restocking fee will apply. A restocking fee will be assessed for these returns at a rate of 15% of the purchase price. Refunds are credited after subtracting the restocking fee; shipping funds will not be refunded.
