Free exchanges within 30 days · Returns within 14 days. Both count from the day you receive your order.
Free exchanges (30 days)
Wrong size or colour? We'll exchange it free of charge within 30 days of delivery — no restocking fee, and we cover the return shipping label for the exchange. Items must be unworn, unaltered, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You can also exchange in person at either of our Staten Island stores (2670 Hylan Blvd or 1756 Forest Ave) and get fitted while you're there.
Returns for refund (14 days)
Return any eligible item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Items must be unworn, unaltered, with tags attached and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase. Orders of two or more suits are subject to a 10% restocking fee on returns (not on exchanges).
How to start
Email Support@nymsuits.com with your order number and whether you'd like an exchange or a refund. We'll send return authorization and instructions. Items sent without authorization can't be accepted. Mail to: New York Man Suits, 2670 Hylan Blvd, Staten Island, NY 10306.
Damaged or wrong items
Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us right away and we'll make it right at no cost.
Not eligible
Custom and made-to-measure garments, altered items, final-sale items and gift cards.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Free alterations
Every suit bought from us includes free alterations at our Staten Island stores, so the fit is right before you walk out.
