How It Works

Rentals are handled in store so we can measure you properly — no guessing from a size chart.

    Choose a StyleBrowse below, or come in and see the fabrics and samples in person.

    Get MeasuredWalk in during store hours or ask for a time. Our tailors measure by hand.
  • 3
    We Place the OrderA 50% deposit books it. We coordinate the whole party, wherever they live.
  • 4
    Pick Up & GoCollect in store before the event, with a final try-on so nothing is a surprise.

Do I need an appointment?

No. Walk in whenever we are open — Monday to Saturday 10:30am–7:30pm, Sunday 10:30am–6:00pm, at both stores. Book ahead if you are bringing a wedding party so someone is set aside for your group.
Do you do alterations?

Yes. Every alteration is done in house by our own tailors at both Staten Island stores.
Can I buy online and pick up in store?

Yes — choose either store at checkout, or order online and we ship across the United States from Staten Island.
Do you rent tuxedos?

Yes. Tuxedo and suit rentals are handled in store as an authorized Jim's Formal Wear retailer — see our rental page.
