Refund policy

14-Day Return Policy: We understand that sometimes a purchase may not work out for you. That's why we offer a 14-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase. When purchasing 2 or more suits, there will be a 10% restocking fee on your return.

Please note that items sent without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. If you find any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us promptly. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Additionally, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases cannot be returned. Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges: For a quicker resolution, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same eligibility criteria as the standard return policy apply.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
