New York State Sales Tax at the rate of 8.875% of order total is applied on all orders shipped or picked up within the state of New York.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
Customers have 7 days from receiving any item to call in a return.
Accessories such as Ties, Bow Ties, Cufflinks, Tie Clips, Socks...etc cannot be returned. All accessories are noted as final sale, no refund, no return.
The item(s) can not be worn or custom altered prior to returning. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) from NYMSuits Return department.
Once a RGA Authorization Number is assigned, they have 7 days to return the product to NYMSuits at their own expense.
Returned orders of $99 or less will receive a refund minus the shipping fee (i.e; $7.95) charged for delivery.
All returned orders over $100+ will receive a total refund minus a 10% restocking fee.
Customers have 7 Days of original receiving date to return items for full cash/credit card refund.
All returns after 7 days of receiving will be given as store credit. A online
credit will be issued to the customer.
All products sold in the "Clearance Center" is not returnable/refundable. All items in the clearance section is a final sale.
This strict time-period is to ensure NYMSuits.com can return merchandise to appropriate manufacturer in a reasonable time-frame. It is important that you repackage any return very carefully in the original packing. It is important that you call in and request a RMA# in order for us to verify and insure the returning of the package.
All refunds are applied upon approval on return from the shipping department. All returns are issued as refunds / store credit only.
All products sold in New York Man Suits (NYMSuits.com) "Clearance Center" is not returnable/refundable. All sales are final!

We now accept International credit cards for international orders processed by PHONE ONLY.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive to its destination.
To expedite the processing of your order, please be available at the phone number or email address you provided so that we are able to contact you, if needed. If NYMSuits.com.'s verification department is unable to reach you, your order may be considerably delayed or declined. Once you and your credit card have been verified, you will receive a second email once your order has been processed.
Free shipping is available to all customers with orders equal to $100 or more in the 48 contiguous United States. (Ground shipments only)

Price varies slightly depending on your shipping address. All orders are shipped from New York. East coast shipping prices are on the lower end and West coast on the higher end.
Who will deliver my order?
Nymsuits.com uses UPS service and USPS United States Postal Service. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
How do I track my order?
The status of your order can be checked on Yahoo through the link on your confirmation order. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can also go to the WWW.UPS.COM and enter tracking number. For international orders go to www.USPS.com and enter tracking number.
When will my order leave the warehouse?
Most items are guaranteed to leave the warehouse within 1-3 business days. Through email you will receive notification that your order has been shipped. If there is a delay you will be contacted immediately.
Do you refund shipping charges?
Shipping charges are refunded only
* If carrier loses package
* An item was shipped from our warehouse broken or defective
* We ship an incorrect item
* Product was damaged during shipping
If we reship an item in these cases, there will be no second shipping charge.
Do you offer premium delivery service?
Yes. We offer premium next day and 2nd day air service for select items for an additional charge. Please call this toll free number 718-673-9033 to see if an item is available for this particular service. You may select premium delivery service options at checkout and at that time additional shipping charges are automatically added.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL METHODS OF SHIPPING ARE CALCULATED BY BUSINESS DAYS (MONDAY-FRIDAY).
Saturday is available to select locations only*. This method MUST BE PHONED IN ONLY!
No Saturday deliveries are mandatory if orders are placed on the website without customer service approval!
NEXT DAY AIR: In order to get your "Next Day Air" delivery the following day of the order, your order "HAS" to be place on the website and/or over the phone before 2PM EST Monday-Friday. If your order was placed after 2pm it will be shipped the following day as a Next Day Air shipment (Not Including Weekends*).
Shipping to different address then bill to address notice.
If the purchasing customer desires to ship to a different address other then the bill to address, we require the purchasing customer to call in their order for proper shipment process.
